website and dashboards only for lawful, educational, and authorized purposes.
Workshop and Bootcamp Participation
Workshop or bootcamp participation may require registration, access approval, schedule confirmation,
or batch assignment. Forgeora may update dates, formats, or session structures when operationally necessary.
Participation may be limited by seat availability, eligibility review, or completion of required onboarding steps.
Student Responsibilities

Certificate Conditions
Forgeora certificates are based on practical participation, effort, conduct, attendance, project work,
and completion expectations. A registration or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate.
Payment and Refund Policy
If a workshop or bootcamp includes a paid fee, the applicable amount and process will be communicated separately.
Payment confirmation may be required before final access is issued.
Refund decisions, if any, depend on the specific program, timing, and circumstances communicated by Forgeora.
Administrative, scheduling, or reserved-seat considerations may affect refund eligibility.
Platform Access Rules

Admin and mentor access is not created automatically unless Forgeora has approved the relevant role and records.

Forgeora retains ownership of its branding, website structure, learning materials, internal workflows,
and original platform content unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Students retain ownership of their own original work, subject to any workshop showcase or portfolio permissions they grant.
Code of Conduct
- Be respectful to students, parents, teachers, mentors, and staff
- Do not misuse communication channels, accounts, or workshop spaces
- Do not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or deceptive content
- Do not impersonate another learner, mentor, or admin
- Follow reasonable program instructions for safety, participation, and learning quality
